Track & Trace Leak Detection attended a property in Fleet following reports of a blocked foul stack that was causing a leak whenever the system was flushed.
Our team traced the blockage and used a specialist drainage camera to accurately locate the obstruction. To note, we lifted the floor to gain access to the inspection chamber, allowing us to deal with the issue at its source. The stack was then jetted and cored out to remove built-up hard scale and debris that had caused the blockage.
Once the drainage system was fully cleared and flowing correctly, we refitted the flooring and left the area clean and tidy.
The issue was resolved efficiently and correctly, leaving a very happy client in Fleet.
