Patricia PeaseSo pleased we called DCL when our toilet was not flushing properly, there was gurgling in our shower/sinks and the drain inspection chambers at the side of our property were full of foul liquid ….. there was a blockage somewhere!! We had a same service by 2 very professional young men, Cameron and Ben. They explained each stage of diagnosing, rodding, removing debris (including a fat berg) jet washing, sanitising, rodent proofing and CCTV drain inspection. DannyWe had a blocked drain which had been cleared, very quickly, a couple of months earlier by a nationwide company. The same company came and this time made all sorts of excuses explaining why they couldn't do it without explaining anything. We asked DCL Drains to help. They used a camera to check and find the blockage and then used a piece of machinery, I had never seen before, to clear the blockage and the roots, (again shown to us via their camera), that had caused the blockage. Cameron and his assistant (sorry can't remember his name) were professional; from beginning to end, explaining every step they were taking and why. Matt Symes5 days of groundwork, new pipes and connections including a sub-surface pump and some electrics for the pump. Cameron from DCL was excellent and the other laborers used were polite and everyone worked very effectively. Work was completed on time and to the original cost estimate. Site left neat at the end of every day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
