We had initially contacted another company who had charged 175 +vat to come out and use cctv to check the drains. I was duly informed that we had cracks and displacements _everywhere_ and needed a descale and clean to put liner throughout to avoid further displacement, as well as replacing the gulley. Quoted 3k! Something felt 'off' so wanted a quote from another organisation. DCL came out the next day and showed me the cctv footage. The only issue found was with the gulley. We also had a worn asbestos downpipe that needed replacing. We were quoted just over 1k. The job was booked in and completed to a great professional standard, the site left clean and tidy too. I cannot be more grateful and, should we need their services again, I would not hesitate to return as a customer.
